Engage KHA to develop a customized series of workshops to explore racial equity at the personal, interpersonal, organizational, and sectoral levels in your workplace. Using a process of self and group reflection, participants, teams, and organizations begin to center racial equity in all the work that they do, moving from aspiration to practice.
Over time, the learning process normalizes conversations around race in the workplace and advances organizations toward solutions. Participants are supported in a transformative and constructive environment that provides tools to work through discomfort, perfectionist tendencies, and fear of non-closure. Participants will develop skills in recognizing and validating lived experiences, providing feedback and appreciation and undoing white supremacy culture within their organizations.
